Privacy policy

Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what we store and why. Payments are handled by PayPro Global, our authorised reseller and merchant of record — we never see or store your full card details.

What we store

• When you buy: your name and email, the order details PayPro sends us, and the licence key we issue against your name. We keep order records for accounting, support and dispute handling.
• When you contact us: the messages you send and our replies, so we can follow up and improve support.

Your licence is verified offline — there is no activation server and no per-machine tracking, so we do not monitor where or how often you run the software.

How we use it

We use your details only to deliver and support what you bought: to create your account, issue your licence key, and send important notices about your order or the product. We do not send unsolicited newsletters unless you ask for them.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only where necessary to process your order (with PayPro Global) or where required by law.

Your data

Want a copy of your data, or want it removed? Contact us and we'll help, subject to the records we are required to keep for accounting and tax.
