Purchases are processed by PayPro Global, our authorised reseller and merchant of record, in your local currency including any applicable taxes. Prices shown on this site are an indicative USD base price; the exact amount is shown at checkout. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Orders and payment

Orders are processed when they are received and accepted. Please make sure the name and email you give are correct — your licence key is issued against them. You confirm that you are authorised to make the payment and that the details you provide are accurate.

Refunds and disputes

If something isn't working, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Refund requests are considered case by case through PayPro Global. You agree to raise any problem with us and allow a reasonable opportunity to put it right before disputing or charging back a payment, subject to the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

Your licence

The software is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants a perpetual licence to the major version you bought, for your own use; ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with WiseTraderToolbox.com. The licence is verified offline — no activation server and no per-machine limit — so you may install it on the computers you own. Your licence key is personal to you: please keep it confidential and do not share, resell or transfer it. Looking after your key is your responsibility; we can try to help if you lose it, but are not obliged to.

Updates

A licence covers the major version current at the time of purchase. Future major versions may be offered as a paid upgrade.

Warranty and support

The software is provided 'as is', without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; you are responsible for how you use it. We will make reasonable efforts to correct genuine defects. Support is provided at our discretion and is not guaranteed as part of the purchase.

The Toolbox is analysis software, not financial advice — see our disclaimer. Trading carries risk and your decisions are your own. The Neural Network Wizard requires the Toolbox to operate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where appropriate, material changes will be notified by email.
